As a designer, it is not my personal style that is important, but my ability to translate your personality and life into the aesthetic of your surroundings. Design taste is unique - there is no universal right answer, there is only what is right for you.

Inform. Beauty must evolve from the function of a space - be it work, play, or rest. The personality and style of the setting can best be developed by seeking to enhance the purpose of a room or building. I choose function over fashion - a room may be stunning in a magazine photo but it is a failure if it doesn’t provide a haven for those that inhabit it

Inhabit. It is beneficial to all when the human environment lives in harmony within the greater natural world. Buildings can, and should, have a healthy and positive impact on their users and the ecosystem in which they exist. Every step towards a clean, healthy environment protects us and the futures of our children.

Our environment, all that surrounds us, profoundly affects our moods, attitudes, and physical wellbeing. Manipulating these elements in positive ways is a truly fascinating and rewarding challenge.
